What we promise, in plain words

Delivery

• We deliver in Hyderabad only.
• Delivery is ₹40–₹90 depending on your area. It’s shown before you pay, never after.
• Areas we cover today: Jubilee Hills · Banjara Hills · Punjagutta · Somajiguda · Begumpet · Madhapur · Gachibowli · Kondapur · Secunderabad. If you’re just outside one, ask — we often can.
• Meals arrive within the window shown on the drop, and carry the per-area charge above.
• Pantry jars go out with the next run. Delivery is free on pantry orders.

Collection

• Collection is free, and offered on drops that say so on the card.
• We’ll message you the exact address and the window once your order is confirmed. Come inside the window — it’s cooked to be eaten that day.

Paying, and refunds

• Everything is prepaid through Razorpay. An order isn’t confirmed until the payment goes through, and an unpaid one releases itself after about fifteen minutes — nothing to cancel.
• Meals are paid for when you order, because everything is cooked to the count. If we can't deliver, you're refunded in full.
• Something arrived wrong or spoiled? Tell us the same day with a photo and we’ll refund or remake it. We’d rather fix it than argue about it.
• All prices include GST.

Events — deposits and cancellations

• 50% confirms your date. The balance is due the day before the event.
• Cancel more than 7 days out and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 7 days we've already bought and prepped, so it isn't.
• Published price bands are indicative. We quote your event exactly before any money moves, and the quote is what binds.
